 These girls have been wanting to do a lemonade stand since before school got out. They made $50.00 this day.

WOW....Couldn't be more proud of our boys for making into the finals of the Carlsbad Cup.  We ended up losing in PK at the end, but the boys finally got to see all their hard work paying off.

Maui 2021

This summer we had a very special trip to Maui this year with the whole Ernest/Funk families.  The trip was one for the memory books that included a lot of sun, beach, and laughs.  

Suzie was kind of enough to set up professional family photos. 

GoPro came in handy this trip.

The resort had 3 pools so the kids made the most of them.

We made it out to dinner one night during the trip.

Had a blast at the luau.  The show and food was incredible.  Couldn't of been more proud of Skylar and Madden for trying all the new and different food.

Jake and the boys did surf lessons. 

So proud of the kids for doing parasailing.  The both loved it!

Best shaved ice on the island.  Kids were lucky and would have shaved ice or soft serve each day.

It was a very special trip for all of us and we can't wait for the next time we can all visit the beauty that Maui has to offer.

4th of July 2021

 We had a blast this 4th of July down at the Hyatt at Mission Beach with Matthew, Erin, Lennon and Morrison.  The kids played in the pool all day while we relaxed in the cabana.  They all went up and down the waterslides too many times to count, we roast s'mores, walked along the bay, and watched fireworks that were going off all around us.
