August 2021

We got to celebrate our dear friend Dustin's 40th birthday.

The girls and I went out to Scottsdale for a fun girls trip.

Maddens soccer team had a club night out at a San Diego Loyals soccer game where the boys got to meet the players and than each take a PK kick on the field.

First Day of 6th/4th Grade

HOW DO WE HAVE A MIDDLE SCHOOLER?!?!

I swear in the blink of an eye elementary school was over and now we are in middle school.  Skylar is now at Aviara Oaks Middle School.  She has 7 class periods.  Her elective is ASB, which we are really proud of her for doing.  She is also doing dance PE and advance math.

Another first day for these two best friends.

Middle schoolers..this was registration day.

Madden is entering 4th grade.  It's crazy to think that the pandamic began while Skylar was in half way into 4th grade and now Madden is there.  His teachers name is Mrs. Hines and he has a bunch of buddies in his class.

We are so blessed that the kids are back to school FULL TIME.  Very excited to see how much they grow this upcoming school year.

WWE Monday Night RAW

Everyone who knows me, knows how much joy WWE gives me and having the kids love it as much as me, there is nothing better.  We all headed down to San Diego to watch Monday Night Raw.  Having Jake join us this time made the event even more special.  This was our last hooray before school started.

River House Trip

We honestly have such generous friends in our life.  Skylar's close friend Ava was turning 11 this summer and her family hosted all the girls, plus Madden and Jake at the river house to celebrate.  Pretty sure by saying the girls had fun is a complete understatement.  It was the best 48 hours for their summer.

Jumping off the dock.

Getting pulled by the boat for hours.

Cliff jumping.  I was so proud of Madden and Skylar for doing it since they didn't cliff jump last summer when we were in Tahoe.

They rode ATV's and got to drive the golf cart around.

One night they did a river float.  They got drop off about 3 miles up and had the flow of the river bring them all the way back to the front of the house.

Playing games.

And of course, celebrating the birthday girl.

They definitely couldn't of asked for a better way to end their summer.
