75 degrees on New Years Eve, that is what you get when you live in California. Having been moving and unpacking into our new house the day before we wanted to get out of the house and enjoy the amazing weather. We decided to head down to the beach, grab a coffee for Jake and a hot chocolate for myself and just let Skylar enjoy being outside. For some reason we weren't thinking because we didn't bother to bring a towel or even a change for clothes assuming Skylar would make a mess in the sand, which of course she did. The beach was just beautiful and Skylar loves playing in the sand and water with her Dad.
Everytime Jake would crouch down, Skylar would too. It was pretty cute!
The rest of our New Years was very mellow. We were both pretty exhausted from the move so we decided stay in, had a couple of friends over for a yummy dinner and called it a night. We have so many great things to look forward to this year, with moving into our new home and getting settled and welcoming our little boy in early May I think this year is going to be a great one for our Family.
